We specialise in high-quality safety gear and workwear that meet rigorous Australian standards. All of our products are stocked and shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, ensuring reliable service and fast delivery across the country. Your safety is our priority.

How soon will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive your tracking number within 2 business days after placing your order. As soon as your package is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking details, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. We want to make sure you stay informed and confident that your order is on its way.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation number via email once your order is placed. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@safetydirect.com.au.

We accept a variety of payment options including Shopify Payments, PayPal, All Major credit cards, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. if you'd like to pay by Direct Deposit then please chose that option on checkout and we'll invoice you for payment.

Will you share or sell my email address?

Will I need to pay customs fees?

For customers outside Australia, customs fees vary depending on your country and the number of items you purchase. Typically, customs fees don’t apply, but please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us if you have specific questions.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 300 countries around the world. Please enquire if you have a specific request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. We use Refundid to process all our returns and exchanges to make it super simple for you.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
