AerGO® Belt Unit

The CleanAIR® AerGO® is a universal powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) designed for personal respiratory protection in dusty industrial environments, including areas with contaminants like gases and vapours. This ergonomic, slim-profile unit is supplied with a control system that ensures constant airflow. It also includes an advanced electronic system with warnings for low airflow or battery charge. The unit is designed for maximum user comfort, even in tight or confined spaces.

Our most ergonomic and versatile respirator, not only for the welding industry but compatible with both particle and combined filters, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The slim profile allows easy access to areas with limited space. The AerGO® now includes a built-in barometric sensor that automatically adjusts the airflow based on altitude.

The Flow Control system ensures constant airflow, regardless of filter clogging or low battery. Audio, visual, and vibrating alarms indicate when battery charge or filter replacement is required. Airflow is adjustable in four levels: 160, 175, 190, or 210 l/min, and can be maintained throughout the shift with the optional Heavy Duty battery.

CleanAir Helmet CA-40G with Clear Flip-up Visor

This combination of a grinding visor and safety helmet provides integrated head, eye, face, respiratory, and hearing protection. The helmet offers well-balanced, comfortable, and robust protection certified according to EN 397. The polycarbonate shield provides protection against high-speed, high-energy particles and is certified in accordance with EN 166 - Class A.
